Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

·        We aim to dispatch all orders on the day payment is received, if payment clears before 1:00 pm (13:00) Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank and public holidays).

·        Orders received or paid for after 1:00 pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

·        UK Standard Shipping Is Free

o   We use Royal Mail second class as standard with an option to upgrade to Royal Mail First Class for a fee.

o   Delivery is typically made within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

·        UK Tracked Shipping (Orders over £20)

o   Free Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery for all orders over £20.

o   Delivery is usually within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

o   A valid tracking number will be added to your order details once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail.

3. International Shipping

·        We regret that we do not ship seeds outside of the United Kingdom.

4. Tracking & Notifications

·        Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (for tracked services).

·        You can track the progress of your parcel on the Royal Mail website or via the courier’s tracking portal.

5. Delivery Times & Delays

·        All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.

·        We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, or other third‑party carriers beyond our control.

·        In the unlikely event of a significant delay, please contact our Customer Service team at info@beekindbotanicals.co.uk and we will endeavour to assist.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

·        If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with neighbours, around the property, including in bushes, wheelie bins etc & local delivery offices before contacting us.

·        For tracked orders, if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Amendments & Cancellations

·        To amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, amendments or cancellations may not be possible.

8. Changes to Our Shipping Policy

·        We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the revision date.
