Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

1.      Cancellation period
– The cancellation period begins the day after you, or a third party you nominate (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
– To cancel, you must inform us by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email) before the end of the 14‑day period.

2.      Returning the goods
– Once you have given notice of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
– You must return the items in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging. We cannot accept returns of seeds if the packaging has been opened or damaged.
– You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a recorded or tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

3.      Refunds
– We will issue your refund as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 14 days after the later of the day on which we receive the goods back; or

o   the day on which you provide evidence that you have returned the goods (e.g. a postage receipt).
– Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise and provided it does not incur any extra cost to you.

4.      Exclusions and deductions
– Please note that under the Regulations, you may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
